An Interview To The FIGD Chairman On Superabile.it

Mr Redaelli, after many years as vicechairman of the FIGD, what is your assessment of the first year as chairman of it?
"Good. We are working to reach the greatest audience. For example, we have completly renewed our website, with a english version too, and one for blind surfers".

Are you working also to recruit new athlets?
"This is one of our priorities. We also think that is very important to teach to coaches how to deal with disabled golfers".

Any new project?
"We are thinking to design a new wheelchair to play; at the moment, the one on the market costs 20.000 euros, which is a lot. We are working on it with the University of Treviso".

What are the next tournament scheduled?
"I would like to remember the European Championship for Blind, that almost certanly it will take place in Italy next year". (by Cip)
