Calcaterra and Pozzi Giacosa Second at the IBO

Andrea Calcaterra and Chiara Pozzi Giacosa were both second at the Italian Blind Open, played on the path of the Tolcinasco Golf Club.

The winner was the Austrian Kurt Lirussi with 132 strokes, then came the Irish Paul O'Rahilly.
In the category B1 scratch the Canadian Brian MacLeod, who recently won the U.S. Open and Canada, has prevailed with 219 shots on Andrea Calcaterra (233) and Sharon Zoar (239).
In the B2 scratch Malcolm Elrick (190) took a good lead over Sam Smith (226). Mirko Ghiggeri debuted fourth with 248.
In the B3 scratch first was Ron Platt (176), second Alistair Reid (184).
In the women's category Jan Drinsdlale (150) won on Chiara Pozzi Giacosa (165).
